Tirant's Kall - Yog-sothot!

The world stood still for a while
And the Miskatonic's closing in on the hills
They tried to do their best to prevent
Now hear the shrieks of the whippoorwills

Candlemass didn't pass unnoticed
A mother gave birth to a fatherless child
The giant boy had started his quest one day
Only to be stopped by a group of aged men

Inside the farmhouse, no-one knew what happened
The smell of expiration was all around
And the young child with unseen wisdom
Spoke of those that we don't speak of

"Yog-Sothot knows the gate!
Yog-Sothot is the gate!
Yog-Sothot is the key and guardian of the gate!
Past, present, future, all are one in Yog-Sothot!

He knows where the Old Ones broke through of old
And where they shall break through again
They walk unseen and foul in lonely places
Where the words have been spoken, and the Rites howled through at their seasons."

This little priest, though great in appearance
Half-human as he was, the last shrieks of the whippoorwills announced his demise.

"Stop them! Stop them!" Doctor Armitage shouted.
"They meant to unleash them and let them in!
The worst of all is left now."
But still he seemed hopefull of finding a formula to undo all.

In the end the creatur was defeated
How brave the doctor was, no doubt
The dogs were still howling from a distance
The vegetation never came right again.

And over fields and forests were scattered the bodies of dead whippoorwills.
